Today’s Forest School session focused on the theme of building in all its forms. The children worked collaboratively to create imaginative and sturdy dens, using natural materials found in the environment. Alongside their physical constructions, the session also provided valuable opportunities for building friendships, as pupils worked together, shared ideas, and supported one another. A strong emphasis was placed on developing oracy skills, with children encouraged to communicate clearly, listen actively, and express their thoughts and ideas during group activities.
It was a wonderful day of teamwork, creativity and communication in the great outdoors.
