Wellbeing Club – Taking Notice Outdoors
Today, our P5 Wellbeing Club made the most of our outdoor spaces as we practised ‘Taking Notice’. Using the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique, we explored our surroundings by identifying 5 things we could see, 4 we could touch, 3 we could hear, 2 we could smell, and 1 we could taste. A lovely way to slow down, be present, and connect with the world around us!
