Our Year 1 classes buddied up with Year 5 to celebrate World Book Day. Our WBD theme was ‘Farmer Duck’ by the Irish author Martin Waddell. We dressed up as some of the characters and had so much fun retelling the story! It was also a lovely opportunity for siblings and cousins to connect too!
In the afternoon Mrs Harkin’s Year 7 class presented a World Book Day Assembly and it was fabulous. Our children absolutely loved it and were fully immersed!
