We were delighted to welcome Emma from Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful, who visited our Year 7 pupils to talk about the Your Climate Future programme. Emma helped the children understand why it is so important to care for our environment and look after our planet.
During the session, pupils learned about simple ways they can help reduce their carbon footprint and protect the Earth in their everyday lives. The children listened carefully, took part in an interactive quiz and did an excellent job demonstrating their new knowledge. They also asked lots of interesting and thoughtful questions.
It was a fun and informative session that encouraged our pupils to think about their role in creating a greener, more sustainable future.
